Today I am helping to host the GFC Blog Hop! I am so excited about this! It should be good fun! I have linked up off and on for a while, but this week it is my turn! Yahoo!

It's Tuesday again which means it's time for the GFC Blog Hop!

When I want to follow a blog the first thing I look for is GFC (Google Friend Connect), it's so easy and nice to be able to go and see all of the blogs you follow in one spot. It's really a great tool to have.

One side note- Did you know you can follow through GFC using your Twitter Account? TRUE, it's definitely an option!

A Prayerful Blogger

A huge part of this blogging world is to befriend those that also blog.

It has been a huge blessing to me to read about other people, their teaching experiences, new lesson plans, about hopes, dreams, struggles, and triumphs and really so much more! Often I read several posts in an evening and many times i find myself reading posts with tears streaming or a huge smile and sometimes even a huge belly laugh! Many times i have been led to pray for my fellow bloggers. It is definitely not easy to express yourself with care on the internet, but it takes a huge amount of guts to really say what is on your heart.

Bloggers who spill their personal struggles often lead me to prayer.

Today I thought i would share the bloggers who have recently led me to prayer.

I will not share the reasons why, but only ask that you read the posts that I link to and maybe even say a prayer for that person in return.

I cannot find the exact post that htis lady posted about six months ago, but this lady had had one hec of a time finding a teaching job. She seems to roll with the punches and continues to work with kiddos however she possibly can! She just started a new job, mid-year and I have continued ot keep her in my prayers. She definitely has the heart for special ed kiddos!

Random Thursday: Top 5 Blogs

Please excuse my hiatus! I'm back! And to be honest there is not a real excuse as to why i have not posted! Either way today is the day to be RANDOM!

It's time for Random Thursday!

The topic today is

I must admit i am really behind in my blog reading... especially since the app i was using just flat out gave up on me! I love reading AND commenting on blogs on my iPad. I have tried several free apps and may have actually found one that i will eventually pay for because it allows me to see each post! And it hasn't flipped out yet! And it lets me comment easily! Woo Hoo for that!

How do you read your blog roll without sitting in front of a computer all day?

Do you use an app that works for both reading and commenting?

Anyway, back to my regularly scheduled programming... here's my top 5!

You can't blame me for supporting my gal pal! She may not post often, but i think she's pretty swell!

Bev is such a great gal! i totally think we would be pals! And i hear she is moving soon... my vote is that she would move back town to sunny SoCal and then maybe we could be friends in real life!

Goings on in Texas

This girl is so down to earth and i am so blessed to have her as my penpal! i love each post she shares: fashion, experiences, whatever... I love it all! (And i totally get excited to read her letters! Especially since they are usally long!)

Trial By Sapphire

This girl has a great outlook on life and shares so openly on her blog! Lindsey is so encouraging and positive! This helps me to think the same way!

Lovely Little Things
Jessica has had this great link up that she took a break from and then just started it back up again... it's called Smell the Roses! I has encourages me in so many ways and whether the task is small or big, it gets me out of my comfort zone a bit! Also, I love how Jessica shares her honest struggles with her life.

Ready to Get Outta Town

Hey everyone! So by this time next week i will have set sail and on my merry way to many Alaskan stops! But don't worry, this little blog will not be lft alone! There is truly so much to come in the coming two weeks!

Fill it with TEA!

OK so, I am participating in a Coffee Mug Swap.... But I really want to rename it at coffee and TEA mug swap! To me there is nothing like a nice, pleasantly warm, just sweet enough, mug of tea! I get frustrated with the size of tea cups... Because they are often toooooooooo darn small! I need a hefty mug of tea with a little stevia and a touch of honey mixed in!

Are you interested in this mug swap? Well basically I will be sending a fellow blogger a mug.... So they can have a nice big mug of coffee... Or TEA! This is a great opportunity to meet other bloggers, but also a great way to get MAIL!!! I love receiving actual mail that isn't junk or bills! Don't you?
